When is the last day to register?
Until the actual date of the conference if there is excess capacity, however the deadlines to be a part of certain competitions such as the Entrepreneurship Competition are at earlier date.
What is the price to register?
The price is $160 (regular) but please speak to our executives about applicable discounts.
The cost includes 3 meals, the Delegate Package, refreshments, and access to all conference related events and activities over the course of the two days.
When should I arrive?
The afternoon of Friday, March 19th, at the MaRS Discovery District.
What should I bring to the conference?
Your registration printout and a piece of personal identification (Photo ID).
What is the dress code?

Will there be any accommodations?
Yes, accommodations will be available if required. Please contact Sherry Xu at sherry.xu [at] nbtc.ca if you require them or have any relevant questions.
How many delegates will be attending?
Approximately 175 delegates will be in attendance.
What speakers will be present?
Various professionals from industry and academia will be sharing their experience and insights on making successes in changing circumstances. Our finalized speakers list will be available soon.
Will a vegetarian option be available for meals?
Yes, a vegetarian option will be available for all offered meals.
What are the registration cancellation policies?
Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable to any other interested delegates. Accommodations are not refundable and can only be transferred to a delegate of the same gender. If you would like to transfer your ticket or accommodations, please contact us at info [at] nbtc.ca by March 17, 2010.
Do I have to participate in the competitions?
No, you do not have to participate and may be present in the audience.
Will there be any prizes?
Yes. Prizes will be given to the winners of each rounds of competition. Each delegate will also receive give-aways among many other small gifts.
